I have a lot to report, as I am at my Senior after being in the window/door and Construction field for over 49 1/2 years. As a former area and national window and door field trainer for measuring and installation. Received more window quotes than I’d like to admit given the cost and amount of windows. Went with Preferred Upgrades and was not disappointed. Felt Ray was the most straight forward and honest, and he didn’t try any high pressure tactics like the others. I was nervous about replacing 18 windows in a 100 year old home, but install only took two days and nothing was added on top of the quote.

Installation crew was on time and efficient, they cleaned everything up and even put all the blinds back up.

Highly recommend!! Everyone we worked with were extremely  professional and helpful. Everything was on time and smooth. We are very happy with our new windows and 8 foot sliding door.
